Havana.- The Commercial Group Dorna, based in the eastern Cuban province of Holguín, will receive the Star Quality Award in the Golden category in April.

The award, to be granted during the 10th International Quality Convention in Paris, acknowledges successful management by companies that specialize in hotel decoration and floral arrangements.

Dorna, which is attached to the local branch of the Company of Communal Services, was founded in 1998 to decorate tourist facilities with floral arrangements and natural plants.

The firm has signed working contracts with the corporations Gaviota and Cubanacán, which operate in the tourist and nickel sectors, and Corporación CIMEX, among others.

Over the past three years, Dorna has represented the International Group of Flower Shops INTERFLORA-FLEUROP, which groups more than 70,000 florists from 150 countries in all five continents.
